Service Description
I will use a unique technique combining a lifting lotion and silicone pads to lift your natural lashes. It is the perfect option for anyone who has great natural lash and wants the appearance of an extra lift and length from their lashes without the maintenance that lash extensions require. The product kit I use is made from Italy, only the best quality ingredients, with rigorous quality control from the manufacture, vegan and ground breaking formula. Let's the result speaks for it's self. You will leave happy with stunning lashes without the need of extensions, mascara, or eyelash curlers.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY We require advance notice to avoid fees: • Cancel more than 72 hours before = no charge. • Cancel 48–72 hours before = 50% of service cost charged. • Cancel less than 48 hours before = 80% of total service cost charged, fully covered by your deposit (deposit is non-refundable). Example: For a Friday 2:00 PM appointment: • Before Tuesday 2:00 PM = no fee • Between Tuesday and Wednesday 2:00 PM = 50% fee • After Wednesday 2:00 PM = 80% fee, deposit kept ⸻ NO-SHOWS No-shows are charged 80% of total service cost, covered by your deposit. 100% of deposit will be kept and is non-refundable. ⸻ SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS • Booked within 24 hrs = cancel at least 6 hrs before. • Otherwise, 50% of service cost charged. ⸻ RESCHEDULING POLICY • 72 hrs’ notice = no fee. • 2nd/3rd changes = 25% fee. • Less than 72 hrs = subject to cancellation policy. ⸻ LATE ARRIVALS Over 10 min late = possible reschedule and full charge (treated as no-show). ⸻ BOOKING DEPOSITS • Card required to book. • Deposit applies to service. • Less than 48 hrs or no-show = 80% of deposit kept. • Disputing charge = booking permanently blocked. ⸻ AGE RESTRICTIONS • Clients 18+ may book. • Clients 16 or younger need parent present. ⸻ PRODUCT & PRICING • Prices may change. • All sales final, no returns/exchanges. ⸻ LASH EXTENSIONS • We fill only lashes done by KISSMYLASH.509 STUDIO. • Removals + full sets available for others. ⸻ CONFIRMATIONS • Text/email reminders sent (check spam). • Client responsible for appointment time to avoid fees.
