Please note that while the following policies apply to most services, new offerings—such as the K-Beauty Shopping Experience or Korean Scalp Treatment—may have additional or more specific policies.
We strongly encourage you to carefully review the service descriptions and policies during booking to ensure you fully understand the details before completing checkout.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice will incur no charge.
• Cancellations made with 48 to 72 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 80% of the total service cost, which is considered covered by your paid deposit. In this case, 100% of the deposit will be kept and is non-refundable.
Example for Clarity:
If your appointment is scheduled for Friday at 2:00 PM:
• Canceling before Tuesday at 2:00 PM (more than 72 hours in advance) = $0 charge
• Canceling between Tuesday at 2:00 PM and Wednesday at 2:00 PM (48–72 hours in advance) = 50% charge
• Canceling after Wednesday at 2:00 PM (less than 48 hours in advance) = 80% of total service cost charged, deposit fully retained

No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice nor following time line of our cancellation policy, you will be charged 80% of the total service cost, which is considered covered by your paid deposit. In this case, 100% of the deposit will be kept and is non-refundable.

Same-Day Appointments
• For appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time, cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance.
• Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
Rescheduling Policy
• We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
• Each appointment may be rescheduled one time at no charge.
• A 25% rescheduling fee of the reserved service amount will apply for second or third reschedule requests.
• Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to the cancellation policy.

Late Arrivals
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may affect the quality of your service.
• If you arrive over 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the full service amount will still be charged. This will be treated as a no-show to ensure fairness to other scheduled clients.
Booking Deposits
• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment.
• Some services may require a deposit, which will be applied toward your total service cost.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to show up, we reserve the right to keep 80% of your deposit as a cancellation fee.
• If you attempt to dispute this charge, you will be blocked from booking any future appointments with us.
Age Restrictions
• Clients must be at least 18 years old to book services independently.
• Clients aged 16 or younger may receive services only if a parent or guardian is present.
Product & Pricing Policies
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All product purchases are final—we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Lash Extension Policy
• We only work on lash extensions applied at KISSMYLASH.509 STUDIO.
• If your extensions were done at another salon, we do not provide fill-ins. However, we do offer removal services, which can be combined with a full set application.
Appointment Confirmations
• As a courtesy, you will receive text/email reminders before your appointment. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM INBOX.
• While we strive to keep you informed, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment to avoid missed appointment fees or cancellation charges.
