Service Description
Microcurrent therapy is a popular anti-aging treatment that helps contour, firm, and tone mature skin. It utilizes a positively charged active electrode, or anode, and a negatively charged active electrode (cathode) to work in conjunction to stimulate a series of reactions in cells and tissues. It mimics the natural current of the body, this is absorbed by the skin, and causes muscle contractions. I offer 7 different color of light therapy to meet your skin's need.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY We require advance notice to avoid fees: • Cancel more than 72 hours before = no charge. • Cancel 48–72 hours before = 50% of service cost charged. • Cancel less than 48 hours before = 80% of total service cost charged, fully covered by your deposit (deposit is non-refundable). Example: For a Friday 2:00 PM appointment: • Before Tuesday 2:00 PM = no fee • Between Tuesday and Wednesday 2:00 PM = 50% fee • After Wednesday 2:00 PM = 80% fee, deposit kept ⸻ NO-SHOWS No-shows are charged 80% of total service cost, covered by your deposit. 100% of deposit will be kept and is non-refundable. ⸻ SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS • Booked within 24 hrs = cancel at least 6 hrs before. • Otherwise, 50% of service cost charged. ⸻ RESCHEDULING POLICY • 72 hrs’ notice = no fee. • 2nd/3rd changes = 25% fee. • Less than 72 hrs = subject to cancellation policy. ⸻ LATE ARRIVALS Over 10 min late = possible reschedule and full charge (treated as no-show). ⸻ BOOKING DEPOSITS • Card required to book. • Deposit applies to service. • Less than 48 hrs or no-show = 80% of deposit kept. • Disputing charge = booking permanently blocked. ⸻ AGE RESTRICTIONS • Clients 18+ may book. • Clients 16 or younger need parent present. ⸻ PRODUCT & PRICING • Prices may change. • All sales final, no returns/exchanges. ⸻ LASH EXTENSIONS • We fill only lashes done by KISSMYLASH.509 STUDIO. • Removals + full sets available for others. ⸻ CONFIRMATIONS • Text/email reminders sent (check spam). • Client responsible for appointment time to avoid fees.
