SERVICES INCLUDE Personalized Scalp Analysis Using the advanced SCALP&SKIN ANALYZER, Khuyen customizes each service based on the appearance and condition of your scalp to create a personalized scalp care experience. Revitalizing Exfoliation Relax with a heated eye mask while your scalp receives a gentle exfoliation designed to remove buildup and leave the scalp feeling refreshed. Guests receive a premium scalp comb for home care and future visits. Deep Cleansing & Relaxation Massage Professional Korean scalp care products are used to thoroughly cleanse the scalp and provide a relaxing scalp massage as part of this wellness-focused experience. Elevated Self-Care Experience This luxurious treatment includes a rejuvenating hydro facial, hydrating treatments, and soothing hot stone massages for the arms and feet. Every element is thoughtfully curated to create a restorative experience focused on relaxation, comfort, and self-care. Zen Room Retreat Following your treatment, guests are invited to unwind in our tranquil Zen Room. Inspired by slower, more intentional wellness traditions, this space was designed as an extension of the self-care experience rather than a rushed finish to your service. Relax beneath our automated dryer while enjoying complimentary tea and light refreshments. Guests are welcome to listen to their favorite playlist, audiobook, or podcast while taking a few extra moments to recharge. Optional RED LED light therapy is available as part of the Zen Room experience. A self-service vanity area is available for personal hair drying and styling at your own pace before returning to your day. ⸻ SCALP CARE NOTICE Our services are designed to provide scalp cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, relaxation, and overall wellness-focused self-care. Our services are not suitable for individuals with hair extensions, braids, cornrows, dreadlocks, active scalp infections, lice, open wounds, or similar conditions. While many guests enjoy the benefits of regular scalp care, our services are not a substitute for medical evaluation or treatment. If you are experiencing alopecia, significant hair loss, scalp disease, or other medical concerns, please consult your dermatologist or healthcare provider.

To ensure the highest quality of care, we have established the following guidelines and policies for our scalp therapy services: Focused Scalp Care Reminder • Our scalp treatments are exclusively designed to support scalp health and are not intended for chemically processed, bleached, or color-treated hair. If you require specialized shampoos for these hair types, please note that we do not carry such products in our salon. We can do it with our natural selected products line only which should not negatively impact your current processed hair. • We cannot provide scalp therapy services for individuals with hair extensions, cornrows, braids, or dreadlocks, as our treatments are not compatible with these hairstyles. • While our treatments support scalp wellness, they are not a medical solution for conditions such as alopecia, psoriasis, or severe scalp disorders. If you are experiencing such conditions, we highly recommend consulting with a dermatologist for proper medical treatment. Health & Hygiene Policy • For the safety and comfort of all clients, we have a strict policy against serving individuals with lice or other contagious scalp conditions.
