I created SenseHaven for those who seek relief from chronic pain and want an elevated, meaningful self-care experience. SenseHaven combines the sensory relaxation of ASMR-inspired techniques with the rejuvenating power of a K-beauty botanical facial. Unlike traditional wet Korean scalp treatments, this dry service incorporates culturally inspired Asian wooden and jade tools to provide a deeply calming and restorative journey. What to Expect from the SenseHaven Treatment: To enhance the experience, I ask that you arrive with clean hair and a makeup-free face, allowing your skin and scalp to absorb the full benefits of the treatment. SenseHaven begins with a traditional dry head spa massage, where I use wooden and jade tools inspired by Asian practices. These tools are designed for gentle scalp stimulation, encouraging circulation and promoting relaxation. The wooden brush helps relieve tension through rhythmic strokes, while the jade tools offer cooling relief, grounding you in a deep sense of tranquility. The treatment then flows into a K-beauty-inspired botanical facial, using carefully selected, nature-powered ingredients that hydrate, soothe, and rejuvenate your skin. These botanicals are renowned in Korean skincare for their calming and revitalizing properties, leaving your skin balanced, glowing, and refreshed. SenseHaven is more than a treatment—it’s a sanctuary designed to support both your physical comfort and emotional wellness. With every thoughtful step, you’ll reconnect with peace and carry this sense of renewal with you well beyond the treatment room.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice will incur no charge. • Cancellations made with 48 to 72 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Example for Clarity: If your appointment is scheduled for Friday at 2:00 PM: • Canceling before Tuesday at 2:00 PM (more than 72 hours in advance) = $0 charge • Canceling between Tuesday at 2:00 PM and Wednesday at 2:00 PM (48-72 hours in advance) = 50% charge • Canceling after Wednesday at 2:00 PM (less than 48 hours in advance) = 100% charge No-Shows If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Same-Day Appointments • For appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time, cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. • Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount. Rescheduling Policy • We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. • Each appointment may be rescheduled one time at no charge. • A 25% rescheduling fee of the reserved service amount will apply for second or third reschedule requests. • Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to the cancellation policy. Late Arrivals • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may affect the quality of your service. • If you arrive over 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the full service amount will still be charged. This will be treated as a no-show to ensure fairness to other scheduled clients. Booking Deposits • A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. • Some services may require a deposit, which will be applied toward your total service cost. Age Restrictions • Clients must be at least 18 years old to book services independently. • Clients aged 16 or younger may receive services only if a parent or guardian is present. Product & Pricing Policies • All prices are subject to change without prior notice. • All product purchases are final—we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Lash Extension Policy • We only work on lash extensions applied at KISSMYLASH.509 STUDIO • If your extensions were done at another salon, we do not provide fill-ins. However, we do offer removal services, which can be combined with a full set.
